Duccio Bari

Dr. Duccio Bari was born in Siena on November 28, 1963. He graduated from the Liceo Classico Enea Silvio Piccolomini. He graduated in Law from the University of Siena. For 3 years he attended post-graduate specialization schools in civil and commercial law in Rome and Florence. He periodically attends training courses in the subjects he prefers. He is also a lawyer in the Supreme Court. He practices as a freelance lawyer, with particular preference for civil and inheritance law, urban planning, contracts, commercial law, administrative law in the urban planning field, bankruptcy law and corporate crisis law (Certificate Recovery Plans, Debt Restructuring Agreements , Creditors and Bankruptcy Agreements, Over-indebtedness). He assists real estate transactions, including large complexes, acquisitions and sales of industrial, agricultural, commercial, sports companies, corporate and financial restructuring, industrial start-ups. It deals with the management and protection of personal assets; management and planning of generational transfers of family assets; transactions of works of art and collections; assistance to cultural associations, non-profit organizations and artistic foundations. He is a professional delegated by the Court of Siena in real estate enforcement procedures. He acts as a support administrator, trustee of existing inheritances and assists inheritance acceptance procedures with inventory benefit.
