Cristina Marcolongo

Cristina Marcolongo, born in Siena on May 23, 1975, graduated in Law at the University of Siena on July 14, 1999 (grade: 110/110 cum laude) and participated in the Master LL.M at Faculty of Law of the University of Heidelberg (Germany), with passing exams in European Community law, commercial law, tax law, international law, IT law, public law, constitutional law, public international law, corporate law, corporate law mass media, regulation of international sales, capital market law, competition law. In 2005 she enrolled in the Siena Bar, after passing the qualification exam at the Florence Court of Appeal and since then she has been a freelance professional in Siena; starting from 2013, at Studio Bari Cottini, in Siena, Via del Giglio 14, with particular regard to tax and civil matters (leases, condominiums, inheritances and donations, contracts in general). Starting from the 2005/06 academic year as an expert on the subject in tax law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Siena and at the branch in Grosseto he carried out research in this sector, taking an active part in teaching activities of the chair, such as lectures and contacts with students (receiving students, assistance in the drafting of degree theses) and participating in the activities of the Tax Law Studies Center of the University of Siena.
