Attorney Edoardo Badalamenti was born in Fiesole on October 19, 1987. After graduating in Law with full marks from the University of Siena, he joined the Siena Bar in November 2015. Since then he has been practicing as a lawyer, collaborating with the firm of Siena, Via del Giglio. Attorney Edoardo Badalamenti is also registered in the list of Sales Operator lawyers held at the Siena Bar. Since his university studies, he has developed a predilection for civil and commercial law and for the law of business crisis in particular. Over time he has focused on the subject, through the continuous participation in refresher and training courses on bankruptcy matters, subject to continuous legislative additions over time. In his professional experience he has collaborated and managed, within the Firm, the preparation of arrangements with creditors, debt restructuring agreements pursuant to art. 182-bis of the Bankruptcy Law and bankruptcy agreements; among other things, it has also continuously dealt with disputes regarding forced execution, liability of company directors and opposition to orders-injunctions.
