Duccio Cottini

Attorney Duccio Cottini was born on January 23, 1971, into a family of lawyers for two generations and his fate was therefore “sealed”. He graduated in 1994 from the University of Siena. He started frequenting the law firm of his father Antonio, from whom he learned all the “secrets of the trade”, obtaining the title of lawyer as early as 1998. At the same time he also carried out the notary practice and attended post-graduate specialization schools in civil and commercial law. In 2010 he obtained the qualification to advocate before the Court of Cassation, which allowed him to directly assist many clients up to the last level of judgment. For over twenty years, on the basis of his training, he has therefore dealt, both as out-of-court consultancy and as a judicial or arbitration activity, with pure civil law (i.e. contracts, property and real rights, company law, inheritance law; and then debt collection , executions, leases, condominium, civil liability) and these are still the subjects he prefers. Assisting both companies and individuals for any contractual need, in the real estate or corporate field, and for the protection of the person and assets. For several years he has been a professional delegated by the Court of Siena for real estate enforcement procedures.
