- Management of the business crisis and its solution, through the use of alternative instruments to bankruptcy provided for by the relevant legislation;
- the firm has many experiences to its credit both in the drafting of certified recovery plans pursuant to art. 67 lett. D) bankruptcy, as regards the use of “judicial” instruments such as debt restructuring agreements and composition with creditors;
- in addition, the firm has experience in assisting bankrupt entrepreneurs, both in the context of the bankruptcy procedure itself, and in the eventual preparation of bankruptcy agreements pursuant to art. 124 of the Italian Law;
- over-indebtedness procedures;
- Assistance and advice, both extrajudicial and judicial, to the bodies of insolvency proceedings.
In particular, the Firm frequently collaborates with the Bankruptcy Trustees and with the Liquidators (in cases of compulsory administrative liquidation) in the management of the dispute deriving from the same insolvency procedures.
